.SE Direkt is the flexible and secure choice for customers wanting a .se domain name. Since March 9, 2009, .SE has its own registrar, a department that is called .SE Direkt. Many existing customers choose to remain with .SE because they have longstanding experience of .SE as a secure supplier of management services for .se domain names. We focus on all customer categories that want a .se domain name and that do not require services such as web and e-mail, or alternatively choose another supplier for such services. We assign central importance to our customers and work to achieve high customer satisfaction. Our customers are private individuals or businesses, authorities, associations and other organizations. We currently have about 200,000 customers.

DomainManager

Through our web interface, the DomainManager, customers can themselves administer their .se domains. Registrants can also choose to outsource the administrative and technical responsibility for their domain names to a third party. This change can be performed simply using the DomainManager.

Customer service

.SE Direkt responds to inquiries from customers by telephone, e-mail and fax. We endeavor to achieve satisfied end customers. We consider it important to offer customer service that maintains a high quality in terms of both knowledge and service level.
