Gather your domains under a single account

Gather your domains with .SE Direkt under a single account/customer number!

If you have several accounts/customer numbers with .SE Direkt, you can import these so that all of your domains are gathered under a single account. This facilitates the administration for you in the form of having one login for all of your domains.

For the importing to work, all of the accounts must be registered under the same personal identity number or corporate registration number.

You can personally import the accounts via the DomainManager. The help section includes a guide to this procedure.

The importing process includes:

• Importing all domains

• Importing your contacts

• Importing all messages

• Importing all domain history

Please note that the account that you import will be deleted, which means that you CAN NO LONGER use the account after it has been imported.

When importing your accounts to a single account, all of your contacts will be included, meaning the registrant contact, but also the technical, administrative and billing contacts if you have any such contacts connected to your domains. You can see the contacts in the form of a contact ID. An example of what a contact ID might look like is abcdef0702-00001.

Since you will have several registrant contacts, you can connect your domains to a single contact. The DomainManager’s help section includes information on how to connect the domains to the same registrant contact (how to switch registrant contact) and how to disconnect from and connect to contacts.

Once you have connected your domains to the same registrant contact, you can delete the others. You cannot switch registrant contacts if you have an outstanding bill, meaning that the domain is up for renewal. In this case, you must administer this once the bill has been paid.

Domains that are registered in the same month, listed in the same account and connected to the same contact will automatically be jointly billed. If you would like separate bills, the domains must be connected to different contacts.

Naturally, you are welcome to contact us with any questions concerning this.
