E-mail updating
If you lack an e-mail address in our register or if the current e-mail address does not work, please update it using our DomainManager web tool or by completing the form above. In accordance with the terms and conditions for .SE Direkt, a functioning e-mail address must be connected to your account in the DomainManager.
If you have forgotten your old password and need a new one, the registrant can request an activation link through the DomainManager. The link will be sent automatically to the registrant’s e-mail address.
Cancelation
If you do not want to retain your domain name, fill in the form for the cancelation of domain names.
Note that e-mail addresses and websites that are connected to your domain name will cease to function if you cancel your domain name.
The cancelation takes effect within a couple of days and you will no longer receive payment notices, reminders and e-mail. If you lack any information that should be entered on the form, it is possible to search for such information by running a search of your domain name at .SE www.iis.se.

Transfer of domain name
To transfer a domain name, you must fill in and return a transfer form. Note that you need to initiate the transfer in the DomainManager.
The form is also available in the DomainManager.
