Payment notice

A payment notice with an annual fee for the continued registration of a domain name will be sent out every year. This bill can also be printed using the DomainManager web tool, with which you can also change your postal and e-mail addresses.

How do I pay for my domain name?

Via the DomainManager, you can pay with Visa or MasterCard affiliated cards and Eurocard.

How will the payment notice be sent to me?

In consideration of the environment, .SE prefers to send payment notices by e-mail. You can also receive it by traditional mail.

Log into your account in the DomainManager and click on “Account settings.” Here you will find a drop-down list and you select the manner in which you want to receive your bill. Find instructions regarding e-mail billing  here.

Keep in mind that changes to existing billing can be made until the 7th in the current billing month!

Information regarding payments

The annual fee for a domain name is SEK 180 excluding VAT (SEK 225 including VAT).

We have a partnership with Svea Ekonomi for billing. Annual-fee payments for the continued registration of a domain name can only be made to one of the account numbers indicated by Svea Ekonomi.

How do I know if .SE Direkt has received my payment?

The easiest way is to go to the .SE website, www.iis.se, and perform a domain and contact search for your domain. Here, you can also view the current due date for the bill. Payments may take 3-5 working days.
