.SE Direkt’s customer service can be reached by telephone Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Summer time (July 1 to August 2): 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
On the day before holidays ( March 28, April 30, May 8, Nov 1, Dec 31): 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
Changed office hour May 18: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
